LucÃa Cristóbal Melgar wurde im Jahr 1995 in Madrid, Spanien, geboren. Mit 8 Jahre hat sie ihre erste Klarinetten Unterricht bei Francisco José Sales Biosca genommen und er hat sie bis 2011 unterrichten. Im 2011 hat sie die Aufnahmeprüfung für Musik Konservatorium “Padre Antonio Soler†in San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Madrid, Spanien bestanden. Dort hat sie bis ihre Abschluss in Mai 2015 bei Jorge Gil Arraez und Josep Arnau Pastor studiert und mit der höchsten Stufe im Fach Klarinette abgeschlossen.
In 2016 hat sie als Soloistin die Klarinettenkonzert von Mozart mit dem Neotonarte Sinfonietta gespielt.
In 2017 hat sie mit dem Feuervogels Projekt von I. Strawinsky im Konzerthaus Berlin gespielt.
Orchestererfahrung konnte sie bereits im Skyline Symphony- Orchester, Belle Arte Orchestra, im jungen Atlantida Orchester und im Neotonarte Sinfonietta sammeln. Sie hat auch in veschiedene Ensemble und Projekte mitgespielt, zum Beispiel Pierrot Lunaire und Hindemith Ensemble (Leitung Günther Albers) und Feuervogel Projekt (musikalische Leitung Stephanie Winker, Choreographin Regina van Berkel).
Seit September 2015 studiert sie bei Laura Ruiz Ferreres Bachelor Klarinette an der Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst Frankfurt am Main, Deutschland.
LucÃa Cristóbal Melgar was born in 1995 in Madrid, Spain. At the age of eight years she has attended her first clarinet class with the clarinetist Francisco José Sales Biosca. In 2011 she did successfully the entrance examinations for the Music Professional Conservatory “Padre Antonio Soler†from San Lorenzo de El Escorial, Madrid, Spain. Jorge Gil Arraez and Josep Arnau Pastor were her clarinet teachers and in May 2015 she graduated with the highest marks in the subject of Clarinet. Since September 2015 she is studying a Bachelor Degree in Clarinet Performance with the Professor Laura Ruiz Ferreres, Bass Clarinet with Sylvia Schmückle-Wagner and E-flat Clarinet with Jürgen Key at the Hochschule für Musik und Darstellende Kunst in Frankfurt am Main, Germany.
LucÃa has been a part from some youth and professional Orchestras: Skyline Frankfurter Orchestra, Belle Arte Orchestra, Atlantida Youth Orchestra and Santa MarÃa la Blanca Youth Orchestra. She is currently the Solo Clarinet from the Neotonarte Sinfonietta Youth Orchestra. In addition, she played and took part in some Projects from the Hochschule such as Hindemith Project “Hin und Zurück†(Directed by Günther Albers) and “der Feuervogel†Project from I. Strawinsky (Directed by Regina van Berkel).
She has attended Masterclasses with reknown musicians such as Johannes Peitz, Enrique Pérez Piquer, Yehuda Gilad, Afonso Pineda or Claudia Dressel.
In 2016 LucÃa has debuted as a clarinet soloist with the Neotonarte Sinfonietta Youth Orchestra where she played the Clarinet Concerto KV622 from W. A. Mozart. Besides, she has also performing at the Konzerthaus Berlin in 2017 with the Project “der Feuervogel†from I. Strawinsky directed by Regina van Berkel and Stefanie Winker.
